13.辅助扫刀结构
a.辅助扫刀乃是配合九爪式前帮,使转头结帮长度加
长到前中衔接转角处,经此结帮后,可使鞋头之皮面
更贴合于鞋楦。
14.胶盘大小可调式结构
a.一般使用自动上胶之前帮机胶盘均为固定式,不可
任意调整,此大小可调整结帮为适应大小号鞋子于
生产线上,同时混合生产时,不需要动用工具而可
简单快速的调整胶盘的大小、宽度,以使胶着点能
随大小号鞋子涂在适当之位置,使粘着效果更为完
美,而同一型体之鞋子也不必因量多而更换胶盘。
15.回转爪结构
a.第五爪结构于扫刀结帮时,爪嘴可向内旋转,旋转
角度并可调整,使前中帮衔接转角处之鞋面能向内
拉紧更贴楦,再配合辅助扫刀做结帮动作,使鞋头
的结帮品质达到完美的境界。
16.爪盘大小快速调整结构
a.爪盘采用双轨迹结构,左右分开独立位移调整,其
旋转原点则不受空间限制,设定于中爪及第二爪
之衔接处,故左右爪组于快速调整大小时,和中爪
之弧型位置,绝不会改变,可使鞋面于夹紧时更贴
楦头,确保结帮品质。
1.Before the step of lasting, insoles and uppers do not
have to be manually cemented. The machine does not only
save labor, but also ensure insoles and uppers never
decemented when heated after lasting which always keeps
shoes in perfect shape.
2.All-around forming band and specially tracked wipers
ensure uppers more evenly and closely attached to lasts
after lasting. No protrusion will happen so the surface
becomes more beautiful, and the quality is upgraded.
3.The mechanism of toe part pressing pad adopts adjustable
2-stage pressure. The design of compound cylinder helps
shoes reach the best quality on the proceedings of wiper
lasting and final pressing and ensure the smoothness of
shoe lasting feather edge. There are two pressing methods
for the first pressure of toe pad pressing mechanism.
The consistent pressing function makes the lasting process
smoothly. The position fixed function avoids the over
lasting and pulling down of toe uppers when using the
soft leather.
4.Each set of pincers has the function of independently
automatic down-pulling. According to the elasticity of
uppers, operators can control to pull down any certain
pincer, whose depth can be adjusted subject to individual
requests.
5.The 9 independent pincers can be individually adjusted
to cope with the lasting of any shape of shoe toes. The
automatic balance device and the theory of automatic
decending on wipers' advancing are the very key points for
upgrading the quality and raising the production capacity.
6.The wipers are functioned with inching movement and speed
adjustment, which makes the whole adjustment of lasting
control more convenient.
7.The machine is equipped with cross projector assembly,
which is convenient for correcting toe lasting and helps
new comers to easily operate the machine.
8.The last support plate is functioned with two-stage
rising mechanism which can prevent the lasts slip off in
conjunction with the action of heel supporter.
9.The rapid installing and releasing structure for pincers
can finish the whole process within 30 seconds.
10.The lasting adjustment works without any tool. It is
indicated on the rulers for graduation and position.
11.The height of the last support plate is remotely
controlled. There is a numerical instruction provided for
reference which makes the operation easier and more
efficient.
12.The optional switches for every function can be rapid

13.Supplemental wipers:Owing to the assistance of
supplemental wipers, the 9-pincer toe lasting machine can
prolong the length of lasting down to cover the ball point
of sole. After being lasted through the device, the toe
upper will be more closely attached to the last. The
structure of supplemental wipers is essential for making
perfect shoes especially when a side and heel lasting
machine will follow for one time forming.
14.Adjustable cement applicator:Grenerally, the cement
applicator on an automatic toe cementing lasting machine
is usually fixed and unadjustable. 737MA is different
and can be adjusted. The structure of being adjustable
quite fits the production of different shoes mixing on
the same production line. Without any tool, the applicator
can be easily and quickly adjusted to have an appropriate
cementing position for different sizes of shoes, which
will produce a perfect cementing effect and will not have
to change applicator for making different sizes of saame
tyle of shoes.
15.Rotary pincers:The fifth pincers can rotate inward when
the wipers move in and last the shoes. The rotary angle can
be adjusted which will help the upper at ball point more
stretched and attached to the last. Then, by the aid of
supplemental wipers, the shoes will be lasted and finished
perfectly.
16.Speedy adjustment of pincers fixed plate:The pincers
fixed plate adopts the double-trcking structure. It is
independently adjusted on the right and the left). The
rotary point of pincers fixed plate is located at the
joint between the first and second pincers. The curve in
between will not be changed when the groups of right and
left pincers are adjusted, whiche the uppers more attached
to the lasts.
