The Agreement will be cancelled automatically if Seller has not received the pre-advice DL/C (as Annex D) within 10 banking days since the contract date.

若于本合同签订日起10个银行工作日内, 卖方未接到买方银行开出的跟单信用证预开通知书, ( 如附件 D ) 本合同将自动取消.

This Contract is made by and between the Buyer and the Seller, whereby the Buyer agree to buy and the Seller agree to sell the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:

3. Price Basis价格基准

The price in US Dollars shall be: 价格以美元计算

PRICE: The price shall be fixed at USD305.00/MT, CIF to China Ports. Generally, the unit price is to be reviewed every three (3) months based on international standard and practice. Any upwards or downwards adjustment in price shall be mutually agreed.

价格：USD304.00/mt 价格是固定价格，到中国港口价格。在一般情况下，买卖双方将按国际标准和惯例，每三个月后检讨单价一次，任何价格的上下调整，都需由双方协商议定。

6.1 The delivery time: The first delivery shall commence within 20 (Twenty ) calendar days from the date that the Buyer’s Documentary Letter of Credit has been received by and accepted by and to the complete satisfaction of the Seller and the Seller’s Bank. The date of the Bill of Lading shall be considered as the actual date of delivery.
