由于需要金融公司介入，且产品到达中国后须立即付款，所以我们需要有备用信用证（SBLC），该金融公司能接受上海汇丰银行开具的备用信用证。

我们不用将当前的货币转换成美元，而你的交易也符合了中国政府的外贸政策。

因为我们将产品证明列于买方名下，而且是买方收到产品后再付款，因此我们没有义务先提供资源信息或者俄罗斯方联系信息。因为金融公司在交易过程中给我们保存备用信用证（SBLC），您的交易风险可以降到最低。

一般情况下我们的价格或交易条款、条件是既定的，无可协商之处，除非买方能证明在接下来的交易过程中存在风险。

if you are strong buyer and has money in HSBC - Shanghai then I can arrange financing from New York to close the transaction - once the oil is on Chinese shore you make the payment to the New York financing company.

direct price without financing is USD 435, with financing you are looking at close to USD 450.

Since a financing company is involved and the payment needs to be made once product reachese China, we need to have SBLC and SBLC from HSBC Shanghai is acceptable to the financing company.

We do not need to convert currency to USD and you conform to Chinese Govt regulation...

Since we arrange POP directly on buyer's name and NO PAYMENTS until you see product, we have no obligation to provide any upfront source information or our Russian connection. Your risk is also limited by the fact that there is a financing company that puts up back to back SBLC on the transaction.

I will not negotiate price or terms and conditions - only time I will look at the procedure is if buyer shows buyer's risk in following our procedure.
