Raajratna Electrodes Pvt有限公司成立于1995年，致力于将科技服务于大众，是焊条和填丝的主要制造商和出口商。我们同时也是M/s. Raajratna金属工业有限公司，Ahmedabad，a Govt.的子公司。我们是经过认证的出口公司，不锈钢丝和光亮冷拔棒材的制造商。

公司结构
我们具有一流技术的工厂坐落于印度Gujarat省的Mehsana，它配备了所有必要的机器和设备来满足我们的生产、检验、测试和储存需要。除了高效率的管理队伍和中层管理人员外，我们还有大约20个熟练技术员和同等数量的半熟练工人提供服务。拥有计算机化的行政办公室，常务董事亲自监督集中采购和生产。今天，我们的Raajratna Electrodes Pvt有限公司已成为一个强大的队伍，拥有卓越的专业特色和世界级的能力，准备迎接新的挑战。

公司通过了ISO 9001认证；我们坚信质量控制和保证部是任何一个进取企业所应关注的重中之重。我们精心建造的试验中心、化学、机械和焊接实验室都装配了通用的测试机、摆锤式冲击试验机和悬臂梁冲击试验机、光学布氏硬度测试机等。在送往生产部门之前，遵循一套标准的程序来检验和测试原材料的合适性。设置了特别工作点检验成品的质量，而且每堆成品都被编了批号以便检验。

产品 范围

我们产品范围覆盖不同级别的焊条，即软钢、低碳合金钢、高碳钢、抗蠕变钢、加硬钢、不锈钢、锻铁、加镍钢等各级焊接用品，除了制造特殊级别的焊条，我们还尊重客户的要求制造ER级别不锈钢MIG和TIG填丝以及包铜MIG焊丝。

我们的产品已经通过了国内和国际机构的测试和认可，如LRS、BV、DNV、ABS、NPCIL、PDIL、RDSO、IRS、BIS、Bax Council & CIB等而且也通过了许多其他著名的企业认证如EIL、Toyo、Bridge & Roof等。此外，几个最终用户还一直购买和推荐我们的产品；例如Godrej、IDMC、Cochin Shipyard有限公司、Mahindra & Mahindra、Hyderabad工业有限公司、Sintex工业有限公司、Kota热电厂和Vijaywada热电厂等。

Raajratna Electrodes Pvt Ltd. works with a vision to take the technology to the common man, established in 1995 the company is a major manufacturer and exporter of Welding Electrodes and Filler Wires. We are also known as an associate company of M/s. Raajratna Metal Industries Limited, Ahmedabad, a Govt. Recognized Export House, manufacturer of Stainless Steel Wires and bright bars.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing Unit at Mehsana in Gujarat State of India is fully equipped with all essential machines and equipment to meet our production, inspection, testing and storage needs. Apart from the dynamic managerial team and middle management, we utilize services of around 20 skilled technicians and an equal number of semi skilled workers. With a fully computerized administrative office, centralized purchase as well as production and marketing are monitored by the Managing Director himself. Today, we at Raajratna Electrodes Pvt Ltd. are a formidable team with unsurpassed professionals excellence and world-class caliber ready to take on new challenges.

QUALITY
Being an ISO 9001 certified company; We strongly believe that quality control and assurance department is the backbone of every progressive concern. Our finely built laboratory houses chemical, mechanical and welding labs equipped with Universal testing machine, Charpy and Izod impact tester, Brinell hardness tester etc. Standard procedures are followed to check and test the raw materials for their suitability before sending to production department. Special work- stations are installed to test the quality of manufactured items, and each lot is assigned a Batch No. so for easy

Identification and traceability.

PRODUCT RANGE

Our product range covers different grades of welding electrodes viz. Mild Steel, Low Alloy Steel, High Tensile Steel, Creep Resistance Steel, Hard Facing, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Nickel based etc. for all grades of welding application, in addition to special grades of electrodes, we manufacture looking to customers demand and Stainless Steel ER grade of MIG & TIG Filler Wires & Copper Coated (CO2) MIG Wires.

Our products have been tested and approved by national & international agencies, like LRS, BV, DNV, ABS, NPCIL, PDIL, RDSO, IRS, BIS, Bax Council & CIB etc and various other renowned project consultants like EIL, Toyo, Bridge & Roof etc.  Also our product has been consumed and recommended by several end users; a few are Godrej, IDMC, Cochin Shipyard Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra, Hyderabad Industries Ltd.
