邳州市银杏栽植历史悠久，是全国主要银杏种植基地，建有闻名中外的银杏观光旅游区--"天下银杏第一园"。银杏果又称佛果，多生于名刹古寺，百年丰实，千年不衰。《本草纲目》载：银杏果“入肺经、益肺气、定喘嗽，缩小便，止白浊。”

采收日期：银杏果一般在十月中下旬采收。加工处理：脱皮－清洗－阴干－去杂－分级－入库贮藏。 品种：有龙眼、（大）佛手、（大）马铃、金坠、等一系列优良品种，年产量：1-2万吨，可常年为客户提供：160-180粒/500克、181-200粒/500克、201-220粒/500克、221-240粒/500克、240-300粒/500克，301粒以下。
