HF&HFL型电脑绗缝机技术参数（Parameters of HF and HFL Quilting Machine）

参数规格（Features Specifications）

1.采用稳定、可靠的工控系统，主轴采用变频驱动系统、X及Y向采用步进驱动系统，降低噪音，提高效率.Use industrial control system to keep the machine run reliably, main shaft is driven by inverter, movement of X axis and Y axis by step motor driver. It runs stably with the lowest noise and high precision.

2 .花样管理功能，能非常方便地对花样文件进行复制及删除；花样采用DST打版系统，并兼容其它格式花样，系统可存储上千个花样； 具有花样浏览功能，并可对花样图形进行旋转及镜像；With function of pattern viewing and rotating or mirroring pattern, capable of reading patterns of variety forms.

3 .自動记录产量，自動归零；Capable of counting output, and reboot to zero.

4 .屏幕显示花样及针距等信息,发生异常现象会自动停机，画面出现故障内容。绗缝作业过程中，屏幕作实时动态跟踪和图案变色显示；Display quilting status at any time and prompt operation.

5.通过设置及修改功能，可方便的进行绷框界限设定及修改；通过界限及花样边空的设定，花样图形能进行自动缩放； 位置平移微调功能，可以对拼缝等进行精确绗缝；Accompanied by change of defining pattern range and space, pattern size scales automatically. Convenient in defining and revising frame range and pattern size with setting and modifying functions.

6 .断线自动检测及轨迹寻找功能：断线检测装置，发生断线能自动上浮，穿好线后自动返回断线点继续绗缝。Self-detect breaking thread function, needle stays at upper position at pause time and machine stop working while thread breakage automatically.
