茶籽饼的妙用

茶籽饼是油茶果实榨油后余渣压成的饼，含有具溶血作用的皂角苷素，对水生生物有杀灭作用，还含有丰富的粗蛋白及多种氨基酸等营养物质，在水产养殖中被广泛应用，主要作用有以下几种：

一、清塘 

　　茶籽饼是一种理想的清塘药物，不仅可以杀灭各种野杂鱼虾，还可以杀死蛙卵、蝌蚪、蚂蝗及螺蚌等，但对水生植物无毒杀作用。茶籽饼消毒具有成本低、去毒快的特点。具体方法是：几亩或几十亩的小池塘，进水30厘米～40厘米，按20克/立方米的浓度将茶籽饼浸泡一昼夜后，均匀泼洒，若同时加30千克～40千克生石灰一起泼洒，还可杀死多种病原体。上百亩的大池塘也可不用浸泡，把茶籽饼粉碎后均匀干撒于池塘中，但干撒的药效比浸泡要慢。用茶籽饼消毒一般2周左右毒性消失，可进水放苗。

二、肥料 

　　由于茶籽饼中含有丰富的粗蛋白及多种氨基酸等营养物质，清塘进水后，有利于浮游生物大量繁殖，是基础饵料生物的一种良好有机肥料。

三、饵料 

　　茶籽饼中有粗蛋白质11％～12％，脂肪5％～7％，无氮浸出物40％～45％，磷酸0.37％，每千克含有消化能8.37兆焦～10.05兆焦，其蛋白质中含有鱼类所需十几种氨基酸，因此茶籽饼又是养鱼的好饲料。但茶籽饼不能直接喂鱼，必须经过发酵脱毒后才可投喂。方法是在鱼塘边挖10平方米左右、深0.5米左右的坑，将茶籽饼粉碎放于坑内铺平，加水浸泡，用塑料薄膜密封，隔3天～4天向坑内加注相当于茶籽饼总量1/5的水并翻动1次，当茶籽饼有气泡、酸味或酒香味时即可喂鱼，一般一周投喂1次。

四、防病治病 

　　茶籽饼还是鱼类出血病及细菌性烂鳃病、赤皮病和肠炎病的好药物。在5月～9月份鱼病高发季节，每亩池塘用新鲜茶籽饼2千克～4千克分成很多小块分散放于池中，让毒素在池塘中缓慢浸出，不仅可以杀死鱼体表和鳃部的病原体，还可杀死各种寄生虫及虫卵，对未发病鱼类有预防作用，对发病鱼类有明显治疗效果。不仅如此，茶籽饼还是养虾池中清除害鱼的首选药物，由于茶籽饼对虾的致死浓度比鱼的高，约为40倍，所以养虾池中有敌害鱼类时，可用茶籽饼15克／立方米～20克/立方米杀死敌害鱼类而对虾没有伤害。
